Meet Valentino!

Meet Valentino, my new puppy! I became Valentino's guardian on Valentine's Day, 2009. He's about 2 months old. We're still working on potty training, but he seems a pretty smart guy so I'm hoping he'll pick that up quickly. We're calling him "Tino" for short. Why "Valentino?" He's got a tiny heart-shaped white spot on the top of his head! We figure he was probably born on or around my birthday, and today's my anniversary (and Valentine's Day), so that all fits. He's amazingly quiet for a little dog. We took Jasper down to the SPCA to meet him before we brought him home. They seemed to be okay with each other, but of course there's a little "hey, I'm top dog and don't you forget it it!" going on with Jasper. More later!
